10:30 am: Little Church

Little Church focuses on a small project related to the Sunday Gospel.  Little Church meets in the Bishops’ Room during the 10:30 a.m. Mass, Liturgy of the Word.  During the collection, the children rejoin their families for the Liturgy of the Eucharist and Concluding Rites. A Little Church family may also be invited to bring the gifts to the altar.

The Father Marquette Academy Board meeting typically is the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Bishop's Rm.

7:00 pm: Hearts of Mercy Prayer Group

This group, open to anyone in our area, meets on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. to about 8 p.m. in the Media Room of the Cathedral.  Weekly prayer meetings foster praise and worship of the Lord through songs, spontaneous prayer, Scripture readings, openness to the gifts of the Holy Spirit, teachings and intercession.  Following regular meetings, prayer teams are available to pray with anyone who requests prayer for various needs.  The group is under the pastoral guidance of Msgr. Michael Steber, the Bishop’s Liaison for the Charismatic Renewal in the Diocese.

You are invited to come and experience a spiritual renewal that is available to all God’s people. The Hearts of Mercy Prayer group whose members belong to many local parishes will be conducting an eight-week Life in the Spirit Seminar beginning Tuesday, October 2 with an introduction by Msgr. Michael Steber, St. Peter Cathedral Media Room from 7-8:30pm. Learn about FINDING NEW LIFE IN THE SPIRIT and how to develop a deeper relationship with Jesus. Sessions follow each Tuesday, October 9 through November 20. Refreshments and materials will be provided. For more information please call Patty Brennan at 360-2769 or Vicky Ricketts at 869-2137.

See the See, the annual diocese middle school rally for grades 6-8, will be held November 3 from 9:15am-6pm.  Registration is currently open but closes Tuesday, September 25! Forms are available in the gathering space or via email.
